Brucellosis Antibody Test

Description

Rapid Brucellosis Antibody Test cardis based on fast immuno-chromatography technique to detect Brucella Ab in sheep and bovine whole blood qualitatively. It is convenient, fast, sensitive and can be used for on-site large-scale testing. When testing, Brucella Ab in sample combine with antigen coated by colloid gold forming complexes,moving forward to the other head. When reaching the T-line, the specific antigen on the membrane capture the complexes and appear a T line. C line appears, means the test is valid. The T line appears, means there is Brucella Ab in the sample.

Notes

1.     If there is no liquid moving forward to the test line within 60s of the dilution, then add another drop of liquid；

2.     When testing，do not use water or other liquid as a negative sample；

3.     Use the supplied dropper when dropping or sucking the sample；

4.     Test within 1 hour after unsealing；

5.     The test cardcan be used only once at room temperature, do not reuse；

6.      Do not use the test card past expiration date, damaged or contaminated.

7.     All wastes should be properly decontaminated prior to disposal. Dispose of contents in accordance with local, regional, and national regulations.

8.     This product is only for in vitro rapid diagnostic veterinary use, cannot be quantified, do only qualitative testing.
